Michele Bellisari has over 25 years experience in sales and marketing in the South Florida area and has lived in Boca Raton since 1978. She has been a successful multi million-dollar producer in real estate since 2003. Michele works throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Monroe counties.

Michele works with all price ranges and is a member of the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB). Michele is a 2007 graduate of Project LEAP (Leadership Education for Association Progress) from RAPB.

Michele is a member of the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches. She has her ABR designation, GREEN designation, is a Certified REO Specialist, Probate/Estate Specialist and has completed the real estate broker course.

Michele is experienced in residential re-sales and land sales and she enjoys working with first time homebuyers. She received the Certified Attainable Housing Specialist from the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches in 2006 because she is an advocate for showing renters the path to homeownership, which is the American dream!

Michele is involved with the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Women's Council of Realtors, along with other networking organizations. She was appointed by the Boca Raton City Council to the Downtown Boca Raton Advisory Committee in January 2007 and appointed in July 2008 to the Affordable Housing Committee for the city of Boca Raton. Michele is a board member with Family Promise and non profit working with homeless families in Palm Beach County.

In September 2008 Michele was appointed to the Workforce/Attainable Housing Committee for the Florida Association of Realtors. In November 2008 Michele was in the founding class for the GREEN designation offered by the National Association of Realtors.

Michele has started a networking group for GREEN and Eco friendly businesses in Boca Raton called For My Green Life Boca and will be branching this event out to other Florida cities.

Michele has completed the VA (Veterans Administration) Certification program for Realtors.

Michele was asked to spearhead the Real Estate Resource Center for the West Palm Beach Home and Garden Show in February 2007, which approximately 30,000 people attended and which was heavily advertised to the media. The purpose was to educate the consumer on the local real estate market which included home insurance, title insurance, real estate law, importance of credit, financial planning, home inspections and real estate. Subsequent dates included October 2007 and February 2008.

Michele has a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida and has been involved in both the consumer health and pharmaceutical industries in South Florida as a top performer and Presidents Club Winner.

Michele is passionate about educating the consumer on real estate ownership VS renting via seminars, workshops and educational luncheons.Michele strives to conduct her business with honesty and integrity and always do what makes best sense to her customer.

Michele has been a public speaker for many years and currently focuses on real estate workshops for first time homebuyers and Realtors. Michele has worked along side Consumer Credit Counseling of the Palm Beaches doing first time homebuyer seminars and she travels speaking to Realtor Associations, offices and groups on the following:

Michele has 2 daughters, 3 adopted dogs, loves football and is married to a professional sport fishing captain and guide and lives inside the Boca Raton city limits. The tension is high between the Gator and the Buckeye every autumn!
